Concrete Production Management CPMS The Concrete Production Management Systems covers area like Raw Material Consumption Monitoring, Production Mix Design Control, Transportation Costing, Part Load Monitoring, Sales Management, Late Payment Management, Gross Margin Calculation and Reports for both Finance and Management team.
The Raw Material Consumption Monitoring subsystem maintains information on mix designs and calculates the theoretical usage of raw materials. This can later be used to do actual versus theoretical consumption comparison.
Production Mix Design Control is a subsystem to ensure the right mix design being used during actual batching. This allows better control in actual concrete production to ensure quality stability and prompt response to quality issues. This will help to bridge the gap between the actual consumption and the theoretical consumption.
